Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Trend Lab (thetrendlab.in). We are dedicated to delivering your trending products safely, securely, and as quickly as possible across India.
Please review our shipping guidelines, processing times, and delivery terms below.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or WhatsApp verification. - You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order has been handed over to our courier partners.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines
We partner with leading logistics networks in India (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express) to ensure smooth transit.
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 5 to 7 business days.
Remote Regions & Northeast States: 7 to 10 business days.
Please Note: While we do our best to meet these estimates, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, flight disruptions, or regional supply chain issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking)
4: Critical Rules for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
To keep our service efficient and maintain fair pricing for all customers, we enforce a strict COD verification protocol:
Mandatory WhatsApp/SMS Verification: Once you place a COD order, you will receive an automated verification prompt via WhatsApp or SMS. Your order will not be dispatched until you confirm it through this prompt.** Unverified COD orders are automatically canceled after 48 hours.
Delivery Rejections: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you fail to accept the package or intentionally refuse it without a valid reason, the order will return to our warehouse (RTO).
Blacklisting Policy: Customers who repeatedly abuse the COD option by rejecting verified shipments at their doorstep will have their delivery addresses and phone numbers permanently barred from choosing COD on thetrendlab.in in the future.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, we will send an SMS, email, and WhatsApp message containing a unique tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery directly on our logistics partner’s portal.
6. Wrong Address & Delivery Failures
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. Please double-check your Full Name, Shipping Address, and Landmark, along with a working mobile number. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if the package arrives visibly torn or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.
(Reminder: As per our Refund Policy, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim replacements for items damaged during transit.)
