 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile screen's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

 6. Billing, Order Accuracy, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. 

COD Order Verification: We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenience to our customers across India. However, we reserve the right to verify all COD orders via automated systems (such as WhatsApp Business verification APIs, SMS prompts, or direct voice calls) prior to shipment. If an order cannot be verified or contact details are found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.
Refusal of COD Deliveries: If a customer repeatedly refuses or rejects a verified COD package at the doorstep without a legitimate or verified cause, we reserve the right to blacklist that user profile and address from future COD orders at thetrendlab.in.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as shipment tracking widgets or local payment aggregators) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.
